High Quality - Fairtrade! Our Palo Santo comes directly from Peru. The Sacred Wood originates from the Andes region and is naturally harvested there from fallen branches or trees. This Palo Santo has a stronger fragrance and is moister than the standard Palo Santo offered.

What is Palo Santo?

Palo Santo (Sacred Wood) is a type of wood that has been used for generations by shamans and medicine men in South America during ceremonies, rituals, and healing and purification sessions to cleanse the negative energy in the environment. In daily life, Palo Santo Wood is primarily used to energetically cleanse spaces and objects, similar to white sage.

Many people find that White Sage has a pungent smell and therefore increasingly choose Palo Santo. It has a soft, sweet, warm, and soothing scent and works for many at least as well as white sage.

After burning the sacred wood, the smoke must be dispersed to cleanse and purify the environment of negative energies. Palo Santo has a soothing and pleasant scent. Burning a small amount of holy wood creates a warm atmosphere and a pleasant and relaxed mood.

Usage

Light one end of the stick and let it burn for a few seconds. Then blow out the flame. Let the stick continue to glow and spread the magical Palo Santo smoke through the room or over objects you wish to ritually cleanse. This creates a positive atmosphere.
