200 grams of organic Reishi extract made from 100% fruiting bodies (mushrooms). This full-spectrum extract is obtained using H2O and ethanol to maximize the effectiveness of the fruiting bodies. It contains 5% polysaccharides and beta-glucans.

Reishi:
Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) is a brownish-red mushroom, approximately 10 to 25 centimeters in size. In the Netherlands, this fungus is known as lacquer. It grows primarily on the stumps of old trees such as oak and beech. In China, Reishi has been used for over 2,000 years. Its reputation is impressive, and it is therefore called Lingzhi, which means "mushroom of immortality." Lingzhi is used for various purposes in traditional Chinese medicine. Dosage: 1 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per day dissolved in hot water. The powder is also easy to add to shakes. One serving contains approximately 75 mg polysaccharides and beta-glucans.
