Because Blitz Focus is highly concentrated, you only need a small amount. For a mild experience, start with 0.1 gram (100mg). Those already familiar with kanna can use up to 0.2 grams. There are several ways to take the extract:

Making tea: dissolve 100 mg in a cup of hot water and let it steep for ten minutes
Vaporizing or smoking: 25 to 60 mg, preferably between 180 and 190 degrees Celsius
